Manifesting is a result of your energetic vibrations attracting that which it matches. These vibrations are comprised of how you feel and what you think about coupled with action. You attract things to you all the time.
You attract things to you all the time even if it’s something you truly do not want. Self-sabotaging thoughts essentially talk you right out of the very abundance of things that you think you want.
It doesn’t matter how many blog posts, books, videos, and courses you invest yourself in if you don’t learn to control your thoughts and feelings.
Examples of self-sabotage:
- If all you think about is how overweight you are and how it is impossible for you to lose weight, you are guaranteeing that you will not successfully lose the weight even if you try halfheartedly. You won’t put forth the necessary effort to achieve your goal because you don’t believe in it. You might put some effort forth but not enough to turn the dream into a reality.
- If you allow your thoughts to dwell on how lonely you are and how you’ll never find a suitable mate … guess what? You won’t find one. You are actually signaling the Universe to give you more of what you’re focusing on. So you’ll find that it is hard to find a suitable mate.
Don’t allow the negative opinions of others to invade your thoughts and feelings.
You might have friends or family members who don’t think your goal is achievable. They might even consider themselves well-meaning when they discourage you.What they think doesn’t matter. Your life is meant to be lived in a way that is pleasing to you.
You can’t base your goals on what someone else thinks. What they think doesn’t matter. Your life is meant to be lived in a way that is pleasing to you.
Your goals don’t have to satisfy anyone else. No one else has to believe in your goals. Dismiss what doesn’t suit you and aim for the stars.
However, they’re completely right if you allow them to break down your faith in yourself and the Universe. There is nothing out of your reach if you believe.
What we choose, yes it’s a choice, to think about can push us even further away from that which we desire or bring us closer.
We manifest whether it’s what we want or not. You manifest what is clear in your mind. You have to examine your thoughts. Are they beneficial or harmful? Change your thoughts if you don’t like the direction of what you’re thinking about.
Guide your thoughts negative and faithless thoughts instead of allowing those thoughts to guide you. Boldly manifest your desires.
