Many times people think about what they want and what they don’t have. How often do you take the time to just be grateful for all that you do have and all of the good in your life? One might even be grateful for the lessons learned from the not so pleasant parts of life.

Being grateful is a big part of the law of attraction. Gratitude helps leads to a reward of abundance from the Universe by raising your vibrational level. Raising your energy brings more of what you want into your life. Affirmations are statements one recites either silently or out loud to reach the subconscious level of them self.

Recite these either to yourself silently or affirm them aloud:

I appreciate waking up today because each day is a gift.

I am grateful for all that I have.

I am grateful for the food I have to eat.

I am grateful for the clothing I have to wear.

I am grateful for the shoes I place on my feet.

I am grateful for the place I live in. (Replace the word place with house, apartment or whatever applies in your situation.)

I appreciate all those who love me.

I am grateful for my family and friends.

I appreciate all the Universe does for me.

I am grateful for all that I learn.
